Here we go…..

Hello All! I am new to this blogging thing so let’s see how this goes! 🙂 I am so very excited for this opportunity to be a part of Rob’s Big Losers 2015!! I am a member of the Caine Halter team. ( Go Team! ) I was sitting in the audience hearing the names be called and I kept telling my husband that there was no way, out of all the people there, *I* would actually get picked! When my name was called, my feet went numb and I didn’t think I would actually make it up there! 🙂
I went to work the next day and a few of the women I work with said they would do whatever they could to help me along. So, we started each day walking around our building on our lunch break. It’s about 20 minutes, isn’t real long but, It was a start! I got myself over to Caine Halter Yesterday and got a good workout in…and boy am I feeling it today! I love that though, it tells me that I AM making a difference! My goal is to get there EVERYDAY! Although, Sundays can be tricky with Church, getting things ready for the week, kids situated..etc…
I have been paying attention to how much and what I am eating. Went to the grocery store and tried to stay along the outer sections, ( Fresh produce, meats, dairy ) and avoid buying a lot of the things down the isles, like the packaged and processed foods. I am logging everything in “My Fitness Pal” and I am just feeling so much better about myself! Even seen a little progress already!!
Things are going to get real busy around here, I will be squeezing in my workouts along with work and the hubby and the kids but hey, the more I’m moving, the less time I have to think about snacking 🙂
Again, I am so very excited to be doing this!!!!! I am so thankful to God for giving me this chance and for everything he does for me.
I ask for prayers while going through this journey. I will also being praying for all the other RBL’s….I pray that we ALL 150 have a wonderful journey with lots of success!!!
So yeah, I guess that is all I have for now. I am sure I will think of a million more things later that I could have added but hey, there will be more blog posts and I can talk your ear off some more 🙂 Thanks for reading!!

  1. Sounds like you are doing the right way. Look up a lifestyle called Paleo. It will give you lots of good recipes that use those good foods found around the outside of the grocery store. I pray you have great success.
