Aches n Pains

Week 9!  Today even before the workout i had some aches n pains.   I know everyone has experienced this and it’s hard to push through.  I adjusted the weight in a couple of areas to help.  I don’t want to be crippled going into these last few weeks.

One of the things that I am enjoying learning about is different ways to do the same exercise.  For instance I can’t do traditional push ups, so I do them in the shower standing against the shower wall.  Obliques can be done standing while pulling one leg up at a time.  I just like to learn different ways to accomplish the same thing.
