Cardio is not overrated

Yesterday and today I got up early in the morning to hit the gym before I went to work.  Today was a close call.  I got to work just in time.  I wanted to add another cardio because I see the results being made with the people that can go in the morning, afternoon and evening.  Unfortunately since I have a full-time job mornings and evenings are my only option. I’ve noticed that adding another 1/2 hour of cardio a day has made a big difference.  I can’t do strength training every day like some  because my body just can’t handle it, but I am sooo happy from the results I’ve seen in myself from just adding that extra cardio.  I am feeling better than I have in a long time and I love it!!
