Changing my thought process
Yesterday morning I found out what it’s like to go to the gym and get lost in your workout for 2 hours. I left the house at a quarter to nine to meet up with my teammates to do some interval training with Billy. Annette and I had a great, but exhausting time. After the training we stayed to do our weight training and then I spent a half hour on the bicycle. By the time I walked out of the building it was 11:30. I used to wonder how people could spend that much time at the gym, now I know. Then today after hearing a wonderful message at church, I was going to go back, or walk around my neighborhood, but my legs hurt too much. LOL We’re looking week 10 in the face, let’s do this and finish strong! God is good all the time, and He is my strength. Good night and God bless.
