Here we go again….
I find it interesting how weight will seemingly melt away then nothing and once again start dropping. I am not sure what causes this but make no mistake this is not me complaining. Jumped on the scales again and low and behold more weight gone and I love it.
I bought a new pair of running shoes yesterday and they seem to have made the difference in how I feel when running, but have not changed my feelings about running, I’m simply not a runner. I will however, incorporate running as a part of my new workout routine from time to time.
Looking forward to what this week brings and hopefully that is more of the same! Feeling better and getting stronger every day, keepin’ on, keepin’ on!
