Keep on keepin’ on

So, I’ll have a week or two of great weight loss, then a week or two of minimal gain, and on and on.  Just been keeping it focused on workouts and keeping a healthy diet.  Still losing more than 2 lbs a week average and that was my goal…

Maybe I should have made 5 lbs a week my goal?

Actually, 2 lbs is great.  I plan to lose 104 lbs this year (52 weeks x 2 lbs) and on track so far.  I think I’ll keep working the plan.
