I really don’t like breakfast food. I’ve never liked eggs, and cereal doesn’t keep me full very long. So, I’ve had to come up with something rather than just skipping breakfast. Here’s my breakfast solution:
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
1 frozen banana
(I also add 2 tsp of fiber powder and 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder before putting in the banana. I buy a large bunch of bananas & let them ripen until no longer green, then peel each one & break into pieces & put in Ziploc sandwich bags, then put all those individual Ziploc bags down inside a gallon size to store in the freezer. That way I can just get one small bag out at time for breakfast.)
Blend until smooth. Makes a great breakfast “milkshake”. 🙂 Breakfast solved.
