I don’t really have a whole lot to say. This week has been crazy busy with the kids being out of school for spring break. I did still manage to get most of my workouts in, some of them I just had to do at home. Its been hard running this week since the pollen count is so high and I am so allergic. It makes it so hard to breath. I find that I am not always working out as long or at full capacity because I am just trying to concentrate on breathing. Just praying that next week is better and I can get some more running in before the 5k in two weeks.
