Time to get serious
I’m not very good at this blogging thing but here goes…
It’s been less than a week since the kick off meeting. I’ve had a slow start as far as exercise is concerned but have made fairly good food choices. I’m planning to go to the Y or at least do some walking this weekend. I’d love to be outside especially since the weather is supposed to be so nice. I still have to have my cup of coffee in the morning but I drink water the rest of the day. My family and coworkers are being very supportive. I’m so ready to feel better and have more energy! I’m ready to kiss the high blood pressure and the sleep apnea goodbye! This is going to be a great 12 weeks and I’m hoping to accomplish my goals!
