The STRUGGLES are real

Im having a hard time planning my meals and figuring in the time to exercise. I go to work at 3:30 pm and never know until at work if i will work 8 hours or if it’s gonna be a long 14 hours. I drive a truck so planning meals for 14 hours is really difficult. I’ve made it to the gym for 3 days straight but my sleep is sometimes just 5 hours which I know my body needs a more than 5 hours. Hopefully if i can get thru the first couple weeks I can get this all figured out and planning will come easier. Hope everyone will have a blessed day. Until next time.

  1. Keep rearranging those rocks in your bucket. We’ll eventually figure out what needs to stay, what needs to go, and how to carry what is most important. Perhaps a Google search will give you some good ideas for healthy lunches and snacks on the go. You could pack them in a mini-cooler.
