The Painful Morning of Day 3
So I woke up this morning sore from the physical assessment yesterday, however it will not stop me from going back today. I am determined to see this thing through. I am still at the base of the mountain with an expectation of being on or near the top at the end of the 12 week program. I will be hitting the gym shortly and with start out with cardio followed by some weight training and the a good 20 to 30 minutes of cardio. Let’s Roll Team Eastside.
