Before last week my day consisted of sitting at my desk at work eating junk food all day. Soda was my weakness. Drinking four or more a day to keep me alert at work. I also drank several cups of coffee loaded with sugar. The worst thing about my past eating habits is, I am a diabetic who takes insulin 3 times a day. Needless to say joining rbl has been a drastic change for me. I started Friday and cut out all soda and sugar from my diet. Next was bread. I went from taking in over 3000 calories a day to 1200 to 1300. I never realized how fast calories add up. Logging in my food intake has really made me aware of what I eat. I also started walking on my breaks at work. I have made it to the gym twice this week and started doing aerobics at home. My past diets have always failed. This time feels so different. I am more confident I am going to do this. I feel God has given me the strength to accomplish my goals. My husband has been really supportive this week. He made sure the house was clean when I got home from work and helped me with my workouts at the YMCA. Im grateful to His radio for the life changing opportunity. Kristy Bailey
