13 lbs down in a week!!

So yesterday I had to visit my physician because my muscles were cramping so bad I couldn’t hardly stand it. I couldn’t see how I was dehydrated since I’ve been drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. The doctor said that my body was in total shock because of me eating healthy and exercising. We figured my calorie intake used to be between 7 to 9000 calories per day. And now I’m doing around 1500 to 2000 per day. He actually advised me to drink about a quarter cup of pickle juice per day for the cramps! I thought that was kind of weird but it works LOL. So now I’m down 13 pounds and already feeling better!
