So my biggest struggle right now is trying to get this food thing down.  I am so busy I have trained my body to not eat all day and then pig out at dinner. I keep forgetting my healthy snacks and catch myself wanting to turn to quick junk when I’m out and about. I really didn’t think training my body to snack all day long on healthy food would be such a challenge. Any advice? I have tried to meal prep and then forgot my meals at home.

  1. Meal prep is a must for me! Take a bunch of non refrigerated items that are healthy and put them in your car. Set an alarm on you phone to remind you to take your food . Take all your food for the week to work and put it in the fridge if there is room so you only have to remember once. It’s hard I know! You’ll get this down!!!
