Lunch time!

20170208_125436.jpgSo here is my lunch today. I usually have the same thing two three times a week for lunch. I have the Dr Cracker whole grain crisp breads made with flax seed. Smashed avocado topped with Starkist Mexican style tuna with sunflower seed oil) with salsa. Have a tossed salad with about 7 different veggies with a fat-free raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Lots of healthy fats and protein and healthy carbs with this meal. I drink an 8 ounce bottle of water before I ate so I get fuller faster.
