I am leaving the gym and happy to say I am 3in down in my waist, 1in off my chest in a week, that cheered me up today 🙂 also a half an inch off on my arms. It feels good to hear these, when I look in the mirror I get discouraged due to not seeing what the numbers show however working threw this also is means changing our mindset. Challenge of the day: when you have negative thoughts, take a moment and tell yourself you are strong, and every step forward counts no mattet how small it may be.
