“Try not! Do or Do not! There is no try!”
I am absolutely loving the workouts that ActivTrax is giving me. It’s a new workout everyday! Since my first full workout on January 30, I have worked out for eight consecutive weekdays using the ActivTrax plan and I have yet to repeat a workout! It is so good at targeting different muscle groups each day. I am feeling so much better after my early morning workouts (5am everyday!!!). I am having more energy and more stamina, two things I was severely lacking. When it comes to working out everyday and eating right every meal and every snack, what I have found works best for me is to stay the course… remain consistent as much as possible and to plan ahead, plan ahead, and plan ahead!
I know that sounds easier said than done, and it sometimes is, but I have discovered that when I prepare in advance to go to the gym to workout, I go. When I plan ahead for healthy meals & snacks, I eat healthy! We live a very busy & hectic lifestyle, while balancing many things between work, church, kids, school, dance, etc… It would be so easy to “try to make it to the gym” or “try to eat healthy” but that wouldn’t amount to much and it would surely end in failure! After all, my life up until this point has been full of “trying”. What is it that Yoda tells Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, “Try not! Do or do not! There is no try!”
I am officially breaking up with the word, “try”!
