Monday before I left the gym I decided to weigh myself. I do not have a scale at home (ha! That might be the 1 problem I have, not keeping up with weight… scales have NEVER been a friend to me!) I was shocked to see that I had lost 6 pounds. My first reaction was, “Great! I’ve broken it!?!” So I got off and walked away, but then I decided to try again. I got on and the scale read the same thing as before. I got off and got on again… the same number. I was so happy! This was hard work paying off. I haven’t taken a magic pill. This has been because, as Brian would say, I’ve made my fat cry… aka SWEAT! haha!
New things I’m doing:
One thing I have tried doing at home, I eat from my daughter’s spoons. Instead of my usual “shovel”, I started using her little spoons. I was taking smaller bits, and I was eating less.

You made me laugh…I could see you getting on the scale then off then on then off. YAY, you have definitely met this weeks challenge!!!
Yay! Kim, I’m so happy for you! Keep it up!
Awesome Kim! Maybe we could all do some cardio after our meeting tomorrow or a cardio dance blast class.
YES….making that fat CRY!!!! Great job!!!
