Stop Looking At The Scale
In the middle of week two, down 4 inches but only one pound. The pounds are coming off slower than the inches. I am learning to see how I feel and how my clothes fit. I put on a pair of jeans that I could not even get on two weeks ago AND there was room to spare!
I am happy with that.
Also, trying all different workout classes and seeing which ones I really like and will stick with. This is really fun! I don’t mean that sarcastically. I am learning not only how important it is but also to enjoy the process. One day at a time…
