“After all, tomorrow is another day”
If you’ve seen the movie Gone with the Wind, you might recognize that quote. As I close out Week 2 of RBL, I”m looking at the next 10 weeks. Each day is a new beginning. A new day to be kinder, learn more, try harder, be more forgiving of other, and myself. We are all going to make mistakes. We are going to fail at something. When this happens, get up again. Look at where you went wrong, and fix it. Never give up trying. After all it took Thomas Edison over 1000 attempts to create the light bulb. I’m going to make mistakes on this weight loss journey. I don’t plan on quitting. I may be slowest, or have the most trouble with something, like TRX Boot camp today. Giving up can’t be an option. The breakthrough needed could just be around the corner. Tomorrow starts a new week…. See you around the Y!!
