Today was pizza day
While I LOVE pizza, and think having “cheat” days are not necessarily bad; I didn’t want “normal” pizza. I still wanted something healthy. So I searched Pinterest and found one. I had the needed ingredients, which is why I chose it.I did make a few adjustments along the way. I didn’t have the same amount of cauliflower as the recipe needed. I cut back on the other stuff. 😉 The votes were unanimous- it was good. Even my non pizza eating kid likes it. I could still taste cauliflower a little bit. Not enough for me to be bothered by it. I do NOT like cauliflower. I’ll make a few more changes next time I make it.
