Week 3…… already?
Good morning ya’ll 🙂
Only 9 more weeks to go! I am going to do my best to push my hardest this week!!! My goal is to be down 4lbs by Sunday. I enjoyed a nice hike yesterday and was able to go without being winded or tired 🙂 it felt great! I am happy to have my husband support me threw this, he has been cooking all the veggies for me (mostly because I don’t know how to cook veggies without tons of butter and salt 😧). I still don’t see any results and that gets me down, but yesterday proved I am doing something right💪. Love reading everyone’s successes and setbacks, ya’ll are an inspiration. Challenge of the day: Get out and enjoy this weather!
