So I am finding it more more difficult to find time to do my workout at the YMCA. This is the busy season for my work right now so I’m working 6 days a week from 9:30 a.m. until 8 or 9 p.m. for the next few weeks. I have to leave at 7 each morning to take our kids to school and because of traffic I do not get home until 8. I would love to get up at 4:30a.m. and be at the YMCA at 5 a.m. but by the time I get to bed it’s usually midnight. I’m trying to juggle time with my wife and kids as well. I do at least 30 minutes of cardio on my break at work by swift walking. My eating habits have been excellent lately! Although I did give in and had some tater tot casserole last night that my wife made LOL. I’m really going to have to put my thinking cap on and just find a way to make this happen or at least give it a go a couple times a week getting up at 4:30 a.m.
