Well the pounds are coming off really slow but the muscle is building! I feel stronger and healthier overall. My clothes fit totally different and I know the exercise is making a difference.
I am also learning to pay attention to what I eat and how much. I have never really been a bad eater and I really like good food like fish, vegetables and fruit. My problem is portion sizes and my sweet tooth 🙂
It is a learning process for me and I remain encouraged…
