  1. Try water aerobics I’m doing deep water (they have flotation belts) exercises to keep pressure off my shin splint and it makes me feel like I’m exercising while not injuring myself any worse. My Y has evening classes m-th and a saturday morning class. I’m headed to the doctor this afternoon to make sure mine isn’t a stress fracture. I’ll be praying that you heal quickly.
