Oh Weary Legs!

So yesterday my Activtrax at the Y have me do all lower body weights including many squats while holding 45 lb dumbbells! Then I walked 30 minutes at an incline on the treadmill. Little did I know after our RBL group meeting the trainer wanted our group to jog outside for 30 minutes and some uphill!! I can barely walk today! I am literally pushing through the pain! The reward will be great! P

  1. LOL! I get sore when I do squats with 8 lb dumbbells. I hope you have given your legs a recovery break and are feeling better.
