So I’m doing what I’m supposed to be.
I’m working out hard and eating right and I’m at a plateau.
I know this happens but it can be so frustrating to be working so hard and see no change on the scale. I haven’t lost any weight since Saturday, so 4 days ago. I hope this doesn’t last too long.
Had my morning interview with His Radio Morning Crew. Always love getting to talk to them.
Had our team workout last night. I really really love getting to see everyone.

Had my personal training session this morning. I feel good now, but I’m expecting I’ll really feel it tomorrow.
