Week 4 already. Man these weeks have flown by. This week has been a little rough. Not been able to go to the gym because I’ve been sick wth sinus/cold but done pretty good on my eating and did some Zumba. Lost a couple of pounds. Today was the first time this week I had to take insulin. It was in th he low 200s which is not too bad. Next week going to start increasing my workouts.
