Inspiring….?

I was given the biggest complement. A sweet friend told me that I have inspired her to start working on her own journey to a healthier version of herself.  I’m blown away that she would be inspired by me. I have watched in awe how she takes care of her husband who is wheelchair bound due to MS. She works from home and his full time caretaker. You just never know who may be watching what you’re doing.
