I only managed 1 run at home & 1 at home workout this week but I really enjoyed our team run this morning. Still down 2lbs so I’ll call it a success.

Way to go – still being active and showing up. It’s when we are challenged that helps us see our progress – whatever the challenges this week you still completed two workouts – that’s huge!!!!
