Ready To Reload and Reset
Ok, So I kinda feel like I’ve been in a rut and I realized my most successful week was probably my first 2 so I’m going to retrace what I did then and just redo it.
I know there are some food things I can do that will help me and I think moving a little more during my day will help some more.
I felt really good after my workout this morning So I am ready to hit it!
