Ready To Reload and Reset

Ok, So I kinda feel like I’ve been in a rut and I realized my most successful week was probably my first 2 so I’m going to retrace what I did then and just redo it.

I know there are some food things I can do that will help me and I think moving a little more during my day will help some more.

I felt really good after my workout this morning So I am ready to hit it!

  1. You’ve got this, Gus! Like Dory says, just keep swimming. They may not all be big number weeks and that’s ok. The important thing is finding a healthy lifestyle you can stick with. This can be more than a competition if you let it.
