So one of my biggest weaknesses was pizza. Just about any kind I love and I could eat easily a whole pizza in one sitting. I found a way to do a delicious personal size 9 inch pepperoni pizza for only 250 calories! For the crust I use Extreme Wellness low carb high fiber tortilla by OLE brand. (pretty much any Walmart sells these) These honestly are some of the best tasting tortillas I’ve had and they are only 50 calories! I heat the oven to 450 degrees and bake the tortilla for five minutes to make it nice and crispy. After it’s baked I put about 3 tablespoons of my favorite pizza sauce on it. Most pizza sauce is around 40 to 70 calories for 1/4 cup but you probably will not need that much. I put about 1/4 cup of part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese on it. I then put Hormel brand turkey pepperoni on it. This pepperoni is delicious and has very little fat. It’s around 70 calories for 17 slices! I’ll take a Mini Babybel mozzarella round and break it up into small pieces and put it on the pepperoni. Finally I will top it off with my favorite veggies and Italian seasonings. One of my personal favorites is banana peppers and mushrooms. I hope this helps anyone with those pizza cravings like mine!
