So after my aqua boot camp class, and my regular workout. I hopped on the treadmill and decided to do the sprint 8 program (which I normally do)…. I usually do just the beginner program,but last night I was feeling very inspired so I decided to try the intermediate level…. The sprint was set on a 5 and the incline was on a 4… uhhh yeah I don’t know what I was thinking..At one point I thought my legs were going to give out, and that I was going to fall off the treadmill… lol However I was able to do 4 out of the 8 sprints on that high setting and then the last 4 I had to lower the speed…But I was proud of myself because after taking the aqua boot camp class my legs were already burning.. So the fact I could do only half of the 8 sprints made me feel good.
