Mixed Feelings

Half way through our journey together and emotions are all over the place. I know I will continue to change my life style but to think of not be I g able to reach out to you guys is kinda scary. I don’t go change good and getting out of my confort zone was really hard. I always have a smile on my face and I try to stay motivated but I’m human and I want to be able to come to show my strength and with the tools I’m learning I know I can. Let’s stay strong and keep everyone in our prayers
