Last Thursday after our team meeting, a few of us, who didn’t attend that Casting Crowns concert, decided to try the Dance Cardio class. Boy, was that a workout! I looked incredibly silly, probably like a beached whale trying its best to get back in the ocean, ( Got a good picture in your head? Well that is what I looked like! I know this because there was a huge mirror… ceiling to floor that we had to dance in front of). Anyhow, this beached whale stayed and participated in the class the entire hour. And I felt every minute of it.

I felt like CRAWLING in the hall at work! But I like to torture myself, I hope to attend the class next Thursday.
