On Saturday, a teammate and I attended the Ultimate Aqua class. This wasn’t the class that we were going to participate in. We were wanting to go to the Aqua Zumba class. When I got there, I saw my teammate, who normally greets everyone with a smile, sitting in a chair not looking very happy. She then told that the class was cancelled, and it was replaced with the Ultimate Aqua class. I had already made up my mind that if she left, so was I. One, I know what I look like in a bathing suit, and just putting one on in front of other people was a major step for me, but I needed support… If I have someone to attend with, I would feel very guilty to leave, so I know I would stay. (I know this is something I need to work on… I need more confidence.) We were told that we didn’t need to go in the deep in and so we decided to leave. I’m so glad that I did. I had a lot of fun and I got a great workout. I will definitely be attending this class again.
