I hate the treadmill! I would talk myself into getting on it and say…”Ooook. I will stay on this contraption for blah blah minutes… and that’s IT!” Now that I have been doing this healthy lifestyle change, I noticed something has changed slowly. Last week when I got on the treadmill, I started looking at a number of calories being burned instead of the amount of time I was spending on the machine.
It made a world of difference in my attitude toward that machine. I think he and I can finally get along!
