So along with cardio and weights I have added karate to my work outs! My oldest son has been doing karate since August of last year and last month we decided I should join too 🙂
It’s amazing how much core control you have to have to be able to do pretty much all of the drills. It has been very good so far except that it reminds me of how old I am and all the joints that don’t want to do things I want them to do 🙂
But God has given me another opportunity to strengthen myself and I’m going to use it too!
