“Thoughts of 5K danced in my head”-LOL
Last night I walked almost 2 miles on the treadmill using the interval sprint guide-Rachel showed me. This is amazing!! You can burn a lot of calories, get a good workout in, and not feel like you will keel over!! LOL 🙂 I started to think about the 5 K and thought-I can do this!! I am starting now to work towards getting faster and going longer on the treadmill to make sure I am fit for the 5 K!!
I am feeling so much better about things even only after 2-3 days!! Thank you HIS RADIO!! And thank you LORD!!!!
