Whittle while you work…

So I have a desk job which, obviously, makes me sit on my tush most all day. I have found that getting up and just walking around, jogging or marching in place, anything that gets the blood pumping makes me feel better. Especially when that 3pm sleepiness hits!!! I have also found some simple office chair exercises on Pintrest I can do between clients!!! This allows me to whittle down this body that much more. Just food for thought for anyone else out there with a desk job. See my GHS crew tonight at 7!!! #RBL2018 #IamHis
