I noticed some of the blog posts just now and felt like–OH-SO GLAD I AM NOT ALONE!!! LOL
I am hurting today as I was Saturday and Sunday also. I was feeling really sluggish Saturday but went and worked out any way. Actually, all I could do was 30 minutes on the treadmill but -I did walk and slog jog intervals-so I’m grateful I was able to do that at least. Sunday I did not work out at all and made some not so healthy food choices. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday-that’s my story and I’m sticking to it! LOL
I was also physically really hurting (my lower back/left hip area). I feel better today my daughter said a prayer for me and I’m not in as much pain today-thank God!
Tonight I will start week 2 a new though!! Rob was right–you have some bad days but you have to get back at it and not stay discouraged! But I sure could use some prayer! 🙂
