Already did 20 minutes on the treadmill this morning at home, part of my morning routine. I had a friend refer a book to me called “The Miracle Morning” and I read it on my IPad and then bought the book. It has so helped me with my mornings and getting organized and prayer time. If you get a chance to read it, do it. Okay, this week starts the first week of the true ’12 weeks’, my gym bag is packed and ready for lunch time work out and I have my lunch in the frig for afterwards.
