Had a good night tonight at the Y-had a workout meeting-with walk fast/slow jog sprints outside on the trail–it was so beautiful out!! Then did another 5 miles inside on treadmill and bike! I have lost 8 lbs now–down to 230!! Woo hoo!!
Starting a new schedule to get ready for the 5K! Kiara helped me–she is really great!!
Looking forward to the next couple days to start my plan for 5K 🙂
