Just when I was thinking I was a lost cause, Kathy at the YMCA gave me my midpoint check up. Now y’all this has been rough juggling around kids and work and gym. I feel like I have neglected my family but if anything I have neglected my duty to take care of the temple God gave me.
At my midpoint, I was down like 13lbs (holding steady there 🤔😣), but the most exciting thing for me…I had lost an inch in my waist, .25 of an inch on my arms, .50 of an inch on my thighs and .75 of an inch on my chest. Woooooohooooooo!!!!! 😄Literally did happy dance. No wonder clothes fit different. No wonder friends are like you look different!! Wowza!! What a feeling.
I know I have touched on this before but my son Tyler just motivates me y’all. He has been picked on and bullied at school because of his size and has lived in skin he just isn’t comfortable in. Y’all it breaks my soul for my baby boy. (14 yrs old and 6’1 but yes my baby always!) He has walked along with me and has lost 26lbs and dropped almsot 2 pant sizes. I can SEE physical changes in him as well as emotional ones too. His confidence right now is through the roof. My heart is full. Both my boys spur me along and give me tons of motivation. My cup just keeps running over all over the place and I’m ok with that!!! Thank you, God for your blessings from all angles. Your unconditional love just makes my jaw drop.
Have a happy Monday guys! If you feel like stopping DON’T BECAUSE YOU ARE CHANGING MORE THAN YOUR HEALTH!! You may not know who you are impacting around you!!

Here’s a picture of me and my friend April “pulling a Rob Dempsey” by parking as far away from a restaurant as possible!! It’s all the little things that count!!! The back of the building is what you see in the middle. Hahaha!!! Baby steps!!!
