RBL – Katie Boyle

katie b blogTo be honest, I was very nervous to start RBL and really to even apply for it. After both of my babies I developed postpartum depression and anxiety. I didn’t eat well, drank way too much soda, didn’t exercise (at all), and pretty much didn’t move out of my chair when i was home(unless the kids needed something, or i was playing with them). My Children are almost 3 and almost 15 months. They’re 18.5 months apart. They’re my why! Since beginning RBL, I’ve become more active, my mood has improved, my joints don’t hurt as much. My husband has been a huge support to me throughout the journey so far! We have been together 5 years and as of *tomorrow* will be married 4 years. I thank God every day i was selected to be on RBL Team GIT. Sue LeBlanc Barnwell is an angel and so is Brande! Can’t wait to see how this journey unfolds as the rest of it happens!
