2nd workout this week
This is the second workout I’ve completed this week. I’ve only been able to complete three workouts in almost two weeks. Hurt my knee and my shoulder in the “Beastmode ” workout we did. Really set me back. I gained 7 lbs in 4 days! I’ve lost 6 of those 7 lbs in a little under a week!
Good workout/ #payingforit
Had a great workout with the Eastside team Thursday night. I have bone on bone in my right knee and two screws with an ACL reconstruction in my left. I found out what my limits are with workouts at this stage. I’ve had difficulty walking since Friday and to top of off I’ve put on 5 lbs in three days. This is a small setback that I will overcome. Prayers appreciated!
Third week….
Had a great workout with David and the team! Feeling tired but accomplishing!! Go Mighty Emus!! Lol
Sick
I’ve been sick through the weekend and today. I have stomach issues that flair up. Hope to be back in the gym in a few days!
Had a great workout with David White at the Eastside YMCA! Already down a few pounds !! We can do this !!
2nd workout
Had my second workout this morning. Rode 5 miles on a cycle and did 100 butterflies! Felt great !

I want to start by thanking the His Radio team and especially Rob Dempsey for the opportunity to start a lifestyle change. I’ve had boughts of Diverticulitis three times in the past 9 months , had right knee surgery and left shoulder surgery. Due to my restrictions of what I can eat, when I have a Diverticulitis flair up , my options have been limited and I’ve gained 80 lbs in about two years. My plan is to loose 75 lbs by the end of the year. This challenge is a great opportunity to start towards that goal ! Good luck everyone and always remember ,

We had our first workout this afternoon. It was a reality check on how far we have to go but forward progress is progress !!
