We are at the end of week 4 the workouts and boot camp have been tough. I’m enjoying it I feel better my blood sugar is down to normal and so is my blood pressure. I have lost about 17 lbs. hopefully I can loose about 30 more lbs. thanks to Lou and my trainer Beverly they are doing a great job. Thanks to Rob and his radio for making this possible.
I have had some great workouts this week. It’s hard but you get to keep telling yourself you can do it. It well worth the time and effort I have already lost 15 lbs.
