For the first time since RBL started work got in the way. I was only able to get 2 cardio and strength workouts in, so I didn’t lose any weight this week. The good thing is I missed working out. I’ll try and get some extra workouts in this week.
As week 5 closes I lost another 2lbs,for a total of 11lbs. We had a group workout Thursday that consisted of circuit training and the next day I was so sore when I got up. I think we have another assessment coming up and I’m looking forward to seeing what my results are. Bring on week 6.
As week 4 comes to an end I have finally begun to notice some changes. My belly has gotten a bit smaller and I have dropped 9 lbs. My energy level has gotten better and I look forward to working out now. These positive results will help keep me motivated.
I am making small but steady steps. After weighing in on Thursday I had dropped 4lbs. I am still sore from weight lifting,but it’s a good sore. I look forward to what week 3 will bring.
I survived my first week,barely. I met with Coach Billy for my assessment and found out I weigh 301lbs and my body fat was 38.6%. I look forward to lowering both of these. I also met my GHS team members and got to hear their reasons for joining and their goals. I feel great being back in the Y and plan to make the most of the opportunity I’ve been given.
