Week 2 Down!
I’m gonna be completely honest.
I am not really feeling it today. I had a good workout this morning and I weighed in. Down to 345.9 for a total loss of 15.9 lbs so far.
But for some reason, today I am just not feeling it. I’m glad I worked out and super glad I’m losing weight but I just wanna snack for some reason.
Gonna work really hard to maintain today and tomorrow, as the weekends are my hardest time for food.
I know God can get me through it, I just wish I felt more peppy today.
