Thus week has been a little difficult. I have had to adjust my work out schedule from the morning to the evening. I will have to do this probably for the next few weeks..Let me tell you that it is really hard… I realize that I am more of a morning person than a night owl. By the time evening hits I am really tired and who wants to go to the gym when they are tired? But I have been doing it.. One step, one weight, one crunch at a time…
